At Protocol SkinLab, we process and ship orders with care to ensure your products arrive safely and on time. Below you’ll find important details about our shipping process, delivery timelines, and related policies.
Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment is confirmed.
During high-volume periods, promotions, or product launches, processing times may be slightly extended. If there is a significant delay, we will notify you directly.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your shipping address and selected delivery option.

Out-of-Stock Items & Restocking
If a product is temporarily out of stock, please expect a restock delay of at least 7 business days.
Out-of-stock items are restocked directly from HubisLab in South Korea, which may extend fulfillment timelines beyond standard processing and delivery estimates. Once the product is restocked and shipped, you will receive tracking information.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear.
Shipping Delays
Protocol SkinLab is not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

Weather conditions or natural events

Restocking delays for out-of-stock products

Incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided at checkout
If your shipment appears delayed, we recommend contacting the carrier directly. If you need additional support, feel free to reach out to us.
Incorrect Addresses
Please review your shipping address carefully before placing your order.
Orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer are not eligible for free reshipment. If a package is returned to us due to an address error, additional shipping fees may apply to resend the order.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, Protocol SkinLab is not responsible for lost or stolen shipments.
